Greenebaum Diversity
Greenebaum is diligent in creating and maintaining a diverse workforce, resulting in an inclusive and thriving work environment. Our firm is committed to employing attorneys and staff with various backgrounds, religions, cultures, and values. As a result of our diversity efforts, the firm received the highest diversity rank in our region in the 2006 Minority Law Journal rating.
| “Diversity makes Greenebaum a vibrant, interesting place to work. It also allows us to better serve our diverse mix of clients and to fully understand and appreciate their needs. We not only value the racially and ethnically diversity of our workplace, we also stress the value of diversity in providing creative, innovative solutions for our clients.” |

Greenebaum believes that a multicultural workforce strengthens our contribution to our community and to our clients. This is evident in our service to our China and Japan based clients. With natives of China and Japan on staff, Greenebaum understands and respects the cultural traditions and formalities involved in conducting business in these areas of the world.
| “Greenebaum's international practice is quite substantial and a significant reason I chose to join the firm. As a native of Japan, I enjoy the fact that I am able to work with Japanese clients and they appreciate the fact that Greenebaum is committed to diversity by employing Japanese natives to assist with their business needs.” |

We take an active role in creating and supporting programs that increase diversity within the legal profession. Greenebaum founded and sponsors the Tri-State Diversity Recruiting Program, which is offered to all law students of diversity who wish to work in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio as Summer associates or full-time associates.
| “At Greenebaum, diversity is more than a particular program or a word used just for marketing purposes — it is a value that is ingrained in our culture. As a result, the opportunities for success are available to all within the firm.” |
