Kelly D. Bartley

As a member of the Environment, Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group, Kelly's practice at Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC involves consulting with and representing firm corporate clients with respect to a broad range of state and federal environmental law compliance, permitting and litigation issues, including issues relating to air emissions, solid and hazardous waste, and wastewater treatment. Kelly is the Editor of the firm's quarterly newsletter on Kentucky air emission regulation issues, the Kentucky Air Quality Letter.
